Our Story...the Birth of the Vision
Bethel Ministry and Training Center was born out of a personal experience that caused us to realize the need for a place where hurting ministers and their families could find healing and renewal in a safe and enjoyable environment. There are times when the shepherds of God's people need shepherding too. For too long, pastors and ministers have carried the weight of their ministry assignments in silence — ofttimes pouring out without anyone pouring back in. BMTC is here to be a channel of God's grace and love to all Christian ministers and their families.
Founded as a Katartizo ministry — a Greek word meaning to mend, restore, and equip — Bethel exists to provide a sacred space where weary ministers can step away from the demands of ministry and encounter the rest that only God can give.
Set on a peaceful rural property in beautiful north central Texas, BMTC offers an unhurried environment where healing can happen at God's pace. No agenda. No performance. Just rest, community, and the quiet work of restoration.

To restore, renew, and re-equip pastors, ministers, and ministerial families through a grace-filled environment of rest, community, and spiritual care.

What We Believe
Grace Without Judgment
Every minister who walks through our doors is met with unconditional grace. There is no shame here — only the love of a Father who sees and cares.
Rest as Ministry
We believe that rest is not laziness — it is obedience. Sabbath is sacred, and we create space for ministers to practice it without guilt.
Confidential Care
Everything shared at Bethel stays at Bethel. We guard the stories entrusted to us with the utmost discretion and respect.
Whole-Person Restoration
Healing touches the spirit, soul, and body. Our approach to care addresses every dimension of a minister's life and family.
Our Vision
We envision a world where no pastor walks alone — where the body of Christ rallies around its leaders with the same love and sacrifice those leaders pour into others. Bethel is one expression of that vision: a refuge, a training ground, and a community of restored ministers sent back into the harvest with renewed strength.
