For the Shepherd Who Has Lost His Way
Ministry is a calling of extraordinary sacrifice. Pastors pour themselves out week after week — counseling the broken, comforting the grieving, leading through conflict, carrying burdens that were never meant to be carried alone.
Over time, that weight can become unbearable. Burnout, displacement, family strain, and spiritual exhaustion are not signs of weakness — they are signs of a servant who has given deeply and needs to be cared for in return.
Bethel Ministry and Training Center is that place of care. We open our doors to hurting ministers and their families — offering housing, community, spiritual support, and the space to simply rest and be restored.
